Bill Johnson (March-19-2020) Sermon: Mirror God’s Hunger to Heal the Earth (1 Corinthians 3:9). Great clip from Bill about our co-laboring relationship with God, and the vital necessity of prayer. Quotes: “There's something about the nature of God that cannot be revealed into the earth apart from our answers to prayer. It's not a military takeover from heaven. It's a father and sons and daughters, it's this partnership, it's this co-laboring relationship. The Lord has put us in this season “for such a time as this.” (Esther 4:14) He's inviting us into a process where we co-labor with Him. “For we are laborers together with God.” (1 Corinthians 3:9 KJV) He has an ambition that all the kingdoms of the earth would be His kingdom. He desires the glory of the Lord to fill the earth, for nothing to be untouched by the manifested presence of God. He's trying to provoke in me the intense He has. He wants me to mirror His hunger for the earth, that His glorious rule would be discovered by every human being alive. When He said, “I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh,” it was not a hollow promise – He meant ALL flesh. He meant to do something on the earth that would bring everyone into the recognition of the Lordship of Jesus.”
