Daily Devotional (January-12-2022) Give Me Thine Heart

Proverbs 23:26 - SCRIPTURE: “MY SON, GIVE ME THINE HEART, AND LET THINE EYES OBSERVE MY WAYS.”

People of God, It is a joy that we are able to celebrating a new day. We started yesterday with some people but ended the day without them because they lost their lives. You are alive because of God's Grace and Love for you. Begin to thank God wherever you are now giving him the Glory He deserves.

Today, our Scripture says "My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways." Our God is a loving God. He is a God that cannot be compared to anything. I have read the Bible and all that God keeps on asking from His creation is their HEARTS. God Almighty has prepared greater things for you. He has exalted you on high. No wonder the Bible teaches that, God has highly exalted Christ far above every throne and dominion and has given Him a name that is above every name that at the mention of the name Jesus, all things must respond. And you are seated together with Him in heavenly places.

The reason we still struggle in our lives is because we have not given God our heart. Challenges, struggles and pain will always come our way. No matter how comfortable you are, you will still face challenges. The greatest weapon to overcome every single challenge is to give your heart to God. All God wants is your heart. He is not going to take something from your heart rather, He is going to give you greatness and perfection on the inside of you.

He said, give me thine heart and let thine eyes observe my ways. The ways of God are not the ways of man. There is no man without challenges. I have faced a lot and more is coming. I have no strength on my own to overcome every single challenge that come my way. But this is what I say to challenges in my life, “You these problems, challenges, struggles and worries, you came in late. I have already given my heart to God so, I have no heart to contain pain." This has help me for years. I keep smiling and smiling and smiling and enjoying the JOY OF GOD IN ME. Because I believe, I have no heart to contain PAIN.

Have a good day remembering if you can tell yourself that, i have no heart to contain pain because i have given my heart to God, you can never be sad again.
