THE INCORRUPTIBLE KING DWELLING IN HIS GLORY - Daily Devotional (April 16, 2024)

Daily Devotional (April 16, 2024) THE INCORRUPTIBLE KING DWELLING IN HIS GLORY.

Scripture Reference: "For by Him were all things created, that are in Heaven, and that are in Earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by Him, and for Him:" Colossians 1:17(KJV)

The Incorruptible Nature of God has made Him King over the Universe. The only way for something to pass away is for it to be corruptible in nature. The devil knows a lot about God's Secrets but didn't consider his own nature before he rebelled and thought he could overthrow God's Government. The Incorruptible Nature of God has made Him Indisplacable. All of Creation is subject to corruption, which is what underscores the fact that God is the Lord of all. He is the Only Person in a Class of His Own alongside the Son and the Holy Spirit as Members of the Godhead (1Jn. 5:7). God's Glory radiates over all things. He cannot be associated with evil for His Nature, and Very Essence makes it impossible (Heb. 6:18). This is why God made Adam's nature according to His Own Nature.

If you carefully observe the Creation of Mankind you would notice that God made him in Two Primary Dimensions:

(1.) The Inward man: It is this part of man that has both the soul and the spirit (Heb. 4:12). The latter is the one that has the Divine Nature of God. Everything about God resides inside him, and that was why he was given Dominion over all of Creation.

(2.) The Outward man: This refers to that corruptible external shell called the body which perishes daily as the Inward man is renewed daily (2Cor. 4:16). Through the Sacrifice and Finished Work of the Lord Jesus Christ upon the Old Rugged Cross, mankind was restored to the Glory he lost in the Garden of Eden (Rom. 3:23). We as Christian believers are all carriers of this Glory, but our only limitations are these Earthen vessels called bodies  (2Cor. 4:7). The Place of our Glory is found in our compliance with the Holy Spirit of our Redemption. The Spirit of God is the Spirit of Glory, and we have the Same Spirit hence, we shall reign as Kings upon the Earth.

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your Love towards us. Please grant that we may have an Understanding of Your Incorruptible Majesty through the Help of Your Spirit in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.
