Daily Devotional (November-01-2022) YOUR MIRACLE CAN BE NOW.
Scripture Reference: Isaiah 41:21 - "Produce your cause, saith the LORD; bring forth your strong reasons, saith the King of Jacob."
Now taking the story of Hannah in the Old Testament as a case study. Her life was not going on the direction
“Present your case,” says the LORD. “Set forth your arguments,” says Jacob’s King."(Isaiah 41:21 NIV)
she wanted. She has been married to Elkanah for several years without a child, and must have been hoping this would change someday, but it didn't. One day she got tired of the situation and made up her mind a miracle.
How desperate are you for a change? Change doesn't come by chance. Change must be intentional. With Hannah she said to herself, _"it's today or never!" Then she went into the house of the Lord and fell on her face and brought forth her case. It was so intense that her lips was moving but no word heard. While she was there, Eli the high priest observed her lips moving but didn't hear any words coming out from her mouth. So he thought she was drunk and rebuked her, saying, Woman, are you not tired of your drunkenness?" (1 Samuel 1:13-14)
When she was desperate she never complained to God but rather listen to her response to the High priest. Sir, I'm not drunk; I'm just pouring my heart before the Lord," she replied (1 Samuel 1:13-14)
PRAYER - Dear Father, thank you for bringing this information into my spirit; that my miracle is my choice and not by chance. I take advantage of the Word of God: victory and excellence is mine. Amen.
