    They have Moses and the prophets. If they will not listen to the Bible or other Christian speakers, they wouldn't believe, even if somebody raised from the dead. If God made his presence known to where it is completely undeniable, skeptics would fear God, but they wouldn't be able to love God. God revealing himself changes our spiritual state to where we don't need faith, and without faith it is impossible to please God. Not needing faith combined with sin makes us unredeemable, which is why Judgment comes after the 2nd coming.
