“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” - Genesis 1:1
Years ago, I was watching National Geographic on Assignment, and during the program, a couple of evolutionists asked, “Who is really responsible for nature’s diverse designs?” Just then, a deep “Who? Who? Who?” resonated from our backyard.
I bolted to the patio and stood in the darkness, waiting to hear it again. And again, it came, “Who? Who? Who?” This wasn’t a question about the universe. It was a Great Horned Owl perched in one of our trees! That owl almost seemed to be mocking their question.
The theory of evolution is a pitiful excuse for God’s grand design. The owl, like all other living creatures, demands that we ponder and investigate His creative genius.
Evolutionists plead with us to believe that wrongs mutated into rights—somehow evolving into our complex and ordered universe. If that is your thinking, I urge you to consider the evidence of “In the beginning God” or, if you will, in the beginning, the Ultimate Design-Engineer. Stop pushing against scientific proofs. From the invention of the electron microscope to today’s James Webb Space Telescope, God’s handiwork leaves biologists and astrophysicists scratching their heads, wondering, “How can this be?”
Evolution is a belief system created by those who find the existence of the living God uncomfortable, but alternate beliefs cannot change the facts. Look around and ask, “Who?” and listen for the honest answer, “God!”
