Today's Word: You may feel like the underdog today, and that the odds seem like they’re against you. When the obstacles look bigger, stronger, and more powerful, don’t worry. Since God is for you, that means the odds are for you. Don’t go through life thinking, “I come from the wrong family. The odds are against me.” No, turn it around. “I’ve been born into a new family. My Heavenly Father controls the universe. He is a supernatural God. He parts Red Seas. He turns water into wine. He opens the eyes of the blind.” You and God are a majority. You don’t need everyone to be for you. You don’t have to have all the support and encouragement. You have the One who matters. The Most High God is breathing in your direction. Don’t let the odds discourage you. Don’t let what you think is not going to happen talk you out of believing. Even if the odds are zero in a million, all God has to do is speak and the odds change in your favor. All through the day, say, “The odds are for me.”
Prayer For Today: “Father, thank You that I am not on my own, I am not an underdog, and I am equipped for whatever I am facing. Thank You that because You are with me, the odds that seem against me are actually for me. I declare that I know this one thing: You are for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
