Jack Hibbs - What Jesus Christ Sees In His Church, Part 2 // 1 Corinthians 1:1-3 . The church of Corinth was born in 50 A.D. - out of Paul's 2nd missionary journey, which resulted in 9 major stops before returning back to Israel. Corinth was the 8th stop, it appears that the 7th stop, before Corinth, was a reminder to Paul -- stay true to the Gospel message and forget about human philosophies...

Christian Motivation - Jesus Christ Promised To Do All Of These Things | The Second Coming

Jack Hibbs - Watch Sermon: Jesus Christ – The All In One - Part 6 (Hebrews 3:1-6). We are now factually, personally, and literally the dwelling place of God. By the Holy Spirit, we are His house. As we abide in Him, we will be a light to the world.

Faith The Facts: They Don’t Have To Like You, They Just Need To Love Jesus! - Jesse Duplantis | March 13, 2024. There is no need to be a people pleaser! We all want to be liked, but Jesse shows how not everyone is going to like you. They don’t have to—they just need to love Jesus. So don’t let your heart be troubled and shine your light for the Lord!

ABUNDANT LIFE - Jack Hibbs Weekly Devotional (March-07).

John 12:23-26 “But Jesus answered them, saying, ‘The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified. Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.”

Every spring, I’m overwhelmed by the riot of color on our local hillsides. The oranges of poppies mixed with the bright purples of lupines and yellow dill would be outrageous anywhere else, but they coexist in glorious perfection in nature. Only God would paint with such technicolor, and in the extravagance of those hills, I see a visual reminder of Jesus’ words. John recorded Jesus’ surprising words following His triumphal entry into Jerusalem when people clamored, “We wish to see Jesus.” No doubt some just wanted to lay eyes on the One everyone was talking about, along with those who wanted to know Jesus better. But to all who listened, He offered the same profound spiritual truth. Abundance is a sign of new life, but it begins by dying. Jesus died a physical death to give us eternal life, but now our new life in Him necessitates following Him by dying to self. (Galatians 2:20) Yes, it is difficult, but like Jesus’ illustration of a grain of wheat, it will bear abundant fruit. When wheat is buried, dies, and germinates, it produces a stalk topped by a head with fifty-plus kernels – each ready to keep on producing.

What about you, do you wish to see Jesus? And do you want others to see Christ alive in you? Then determine to take up your cross – that instrument of death – and embrace the very thing that chafes and causes you sorrow. Crucify every fleshly desire contrary to God’s will and live with one purpose: following Him. Awaiting His return.

The Radical Rabbi - TD Jakes Sunday Sermon March 3, 2024. Scripture: John 4:20-28 (KJV). Jesus didn’t come to meet people’s expectations or to fit in. Even those who were waiting on Him were shocked at the Christ they witnessed. He came to fulfill prophecy, and that promise transcends all nations, cultures, traditions, races, and politics. Jesus associated with people He wasn’t expected to be with and traveled to places He wasn’t supposed to go. His mission couldn’t be stopped, and it demanded a radical rabbi! In turn, following Him requires us to stand out and be about our own callings.

Watch David Wilkerson - What is the True Church of Jesus Christ

Dr. Charles Stanley Sermon: Your Convictions About the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. As the most famous symbol of Christianity, the cross is everywhere—artwork, jewelry, logos, even advertisements. But the cross of Jesus is much more than a marketing gimmick or a symbol for a world religion; it is the clearest revelation of God’s love for the world.
