Of course we must remain.positive in faith, but true to our heart too. Pain needs understanding doesn't it? Grief and tears from the heart are a natural expression of love as well as suffering. Weeping from the heart is also a prayer when we can't find the words to express our pain. We are all vulnerable to loss and suffering in Christ, so we must share it. When we offer up our tears and pain Christ's deep love for us is moved to compassion, mercy and forgiveness. Jesus wasn't always happy (no surprise). He goaned and wept, and so did Paul. (John 11:35, Acts 20:19, 37, 2 Corinthians 2:4 and Philippians 3:18,) Weeping from the heart in times of trial loss and distress is also the Lord's delight in us because He has the power to wipe away our tears and restore our soul. In so doing we are able to rejoice and be glad, pick up our armour and fight on. God bless you. ?❤
