BILL JOHNSON (June-12-2021) Watch Message: The Sovereignty of God
Watch as Bethel Senior Leader Bill Johnson and Bethel Associate Pastor and Dean of BSSM Dann Farrelly discuss God's sovereignty and what Bethel Church believes, understands, and teaches regarding the sovereignty of God.
When it comes to the sovereignty of God, what does that mean for us as believers in Jesus? Is God in charge of everything but doesn't control everything? How do we know when something is God's will?
If we look at scripture, we have been given an assignment to preach the Gospel. We have been written into God's sovereign plan for humanity. But how does this all play out in our daily lives and God's plan for the future? We invite you to watch this video to hear Bill Johnson and Dann Farrelly discuss these questions in-depth what it means to serve a sovereign God who empowers His sons and daughters to see His will come to pass.

Bill Johnson (June-10-2021) Watch Sermon: The Theology of Sickness and Healing
Watch as Bethel Senior Leader Bill Johnson and Bethel Associate Pastor and Dean of BSSM Dann Farrelly discuss Bethel's views and theology of sickness and healing while answering questions about when someone doesn't receive healing when prayed for.
Jesus modeled for us what life could be like for anyone who had no sin and was empowered by the Holy Spirit. If Jesus did all of His miracles as God, we would all still be impressed and in awe of His miracles. However, we discover in scripture that Jesus did all of these miracles as the Son of man, meaning He was fully God and fully man. Jesus performed His miracles as a human who the Holy Spirit empowered. By doing this, Jesus demonstrated for all believers what is possible and set the standard for us to follow and then in scripture gave us this command:
"And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven has come near.' Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those with leprosy, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give." - Matthew 10:7-8 (NASB)
So what does it look like to live out the command Jesus gives in the book of Matthew? What happens when we don't receive the gift of healing after being prayed for? What happens when we pray for someone, and they are not healed? We invite you to watch this video to hear Bill Johnson and Dann Farrelly discuss in-depth what it means to not allow for a theology of sickness to rule our view of God.
Bill Johnson (June-10-2021) Watch Sermon: Jesus Christ is Perfect Theology
Jesus Christ is perfect theology. What does that mean?
Jesus is the perfect manifestation and representation of the Father God because Jesus is God eternal. When Jesus came to this earth through the virgin birth, He never stopped being God. Jesus did not set it aside. He was God in the flesh who illustrated the Father. Jesus was 100% God and 100% man, meaning Jesus was fully God and fully man.
Jesus Christ set an example for all Christians by becoming a man that we all can follow. We invite you to watch this full video to hear Bill Johnson and Dann Farrelly discuss in-depth what it means when we say Jesus Christ is perfect theology.
