  The churches today do ministry differently that’s why the result will not be the same as the First Century Church. The First Century Church gave the blue print for all the churches of all ages but if they don't follow then they don't get the result like the First Century Church. The Gospel of Jesus Christ deals with life & death eternally but most Christians don't take it seriously. “Like people like Priests” the leaders are at fault also, many teach unsounded, worldly, & unbiblical doctrines that’s why Christians are the way they are today.

  Dear Pastor Evan:
  
  Please pray for me. I am a 63 year old Black man who has been destroyed by my wife of nearly 40 years filing for divorce. She has convinced herself that I am having an affair. This is completely untrue and something I could never do. For the last year almost she has not spoken to me and refused any attempt at reconciliation. She just shuns me and treats me with hatred emotions. I am lost without her. My children, both adults, will not speak to me as well. I have prayed and prayed. Nothing has seemed to comfort me or change this situation. She has been in my eyes and heart the perfect partner and God’s blessing in my life. I continue praying for a miracle that this situation will resolve in a positive manner. I have been financially, physically, emotionally and mentally devastated by this event. Please pray for me and this family. I am not if this way to reach, but I pray that you somehow receive this message.
