John Hagee (August-10-2022) Daily Devotional: 1 Thessalonians 4:18 - Therefore comfort one another with these words.
If ever there was a time in our nation and the nations of the world where we are experiencing unprecedented division and chaos, it is right now. Current headlines come straight from the pages of Scripture.
On the other side of this chaos shines a promise that causes us to live above the fray, a comfort that floods our hearts with the profound peace of God. Jesus’ foot is poised to step onto the clouds of glory.
Paul says that the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout – a symbol of victory over death, hell, and the grave.
He will descend with the voice of the archangel – an announcement of the appearance of royalty – the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Prince of peace.
He will come with the trump of God – the clarion call that precedes the arrival of a king.
All of that noise is going to wake up the dead, and they will emerge from their graves to rise first. Then, those believers who are alive and remain will be caught up in the clouds to finally meet our Savior in the air. What will only take moments here will result in our forever family reunion in heaven!
In the face of the tumult around us, comfort one another with these reminders. Stand up straight, raise your head, and rejoice! Our redemption is oh so close!
Blessing: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. Paradise awaits at the end of that trumpet blast! All praise and glory to the Faithful and True with Whom we will reign eternally!

John Hagee (July-24-2022) Daily Devotional: 1 Thessalonians 4:17 - Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
We do not know when the antichrist will rise to power, but we do know that he will seize control quickly and at a time of great chaos.
Imagine how our disappearance will contribute to the confusion! The world will be thrown into pandemonium when millions of Christ-followers suddenly vanish from the face of the earth.
In Revelation 4:1-4, John the Revelator saw a door open in heaven. Transported in the Spirit, He saw the throne of God surrounded by twenty-four elders clothed in white, wearing crowns, and seated on thrones themselves.
Many scholars agree that these elders represent the Old Testament saints, as well as the New Testament church. They are all present and seated in heavenly places with the Father. Several chapters later, the antichrist takes his place on the world stage.
In the first three chapters of the book of Revelation, the church is mentioned twenty times. After Revelation 4 when John slips through the door, the church is not mentioned again until the final chapters of the Bible. Why? Because we will not be here. We will be with the Lamb Who was slain, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the only One worthy to open the scroll.
Blessing: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. What a glorious day that will be when we finally meet our Redeemer face to face! Thanks be to God for this unspeakable gift!

John Hagee (July-18-2022) Daily Devotional: 1 Thessalonians 2:19 - For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?
The dominos are lined up, ancient prophecies all fulfilled. One decisive nudge of God’s finger will set the final chain in motion. One event has forever impacted the outcome of the end of times.
This one event has affected every nation, tribe, tongue, kindred, and people. This one event has influenced every socialist economy, free-market economy, and a communist nation. One Man, one Cross, and three nails has made all the difference for all eternity.
One choice, on our part, absolutely changes everything instantaneously – our “YES!” to Jesus saves us from the judgment to come.
The angels of God stand at attention before His throne. King Jesus is about to exit the gates and step onto the clouds of glory. The trumpet blast will rent the air, and in the twinkling of an eye, the dead in Christ will rise first, and those who are alive and remain will be caught up in the air to meet Him.
Those who call Him Savior will forever remain with Him! That dramatic event will prompt every knee to bow and every tongue to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Have you made Him your choice? Have you said “YES” to Jesus? Your choice today impacts every tomorrow.
Blessing: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. May you accept His beautiful gift of salvation so that you may stand before Him in awestruck wonder with a heart overflowing with gratitude. All blessings, glory, honor, and power to Him!
