Daily Devotional (September-12-2022) YOU HAVE TO GO TO CHURCH
Hebrews 10:25 - "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching."
Attending Church is a must for every Christian. There's something about saints gathering under one roof; it is highly spiritual than it is physical. Going to Church is a prove that you are a Christian. It proves you are fully devoted under one leadership, under your Pastor. Church is not a place to negotiate. It is a commandment and so it is compulsory that a Christian should go to Church having no excuse.
In this generation where in most places Church gatherings are under attack, but if it is possible for all to meet then why not.
Church is important to you if you can read the Bible; Church is important to you if you can preach; Church is important if you can see visions; Church is important if you have even been to Bible school.
If you have issues in your Church don't complain but just pray for the Church. Church is where God sends down grace and joy. That is the place where fellowship with the brethren goes on and God honors such gatherings.
If you have issues with your church or if you have issues and I mean bad issues with your spiritual leader, don't let it be an excuse to miss saints gathering. The devil will win if you let him. Don't be distracted or separated from your spiritual nourishment no matter the issue or difficulty. Don't miss Church or fellowship. Let Church and you be one.
Church is where the glory of God is seen, Church is where we hear the voice of direction. Another place God can work on us is Church and that is where His hand is great. It is sweet and very sweet to go to Church. If your Church is boring then find a responsibility in the Church together with prayer and you will see a change. God has placed a lot of good things in you and so with your involvement gradually change will take place. Take up a responsibility in your Church and join in the building of your Church.
Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus your fire is in my bones burning for your use. My eyes of understanding are opened to behold your glory and your truth, nothing will ever come between me and my going to church in Jesus Name. Amen.

Daily Devotional (August-31-2022) THE REAL CHURCH TODAY
Scripture Reference: Romans 16:3-5 - “Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewise greet the Church that is in their house. …”
Many today are focused on how beautiful their church building looks or should look like. Where is our focus today as Christians?
The early Church did not have great structures and buildings. They did not have big halls and beautiful auditoriums. They were happy to meet in the houses of their members. “Church“ was in a house. The idea of buildings are great but it becomes a problem when the purpose is misplaced.
This is because “Church“ is the people, not the building. “Church” is the people who have been saved by believing in the death of Jesus on the cross. The Bible has other verses that refer to churches meeting in houses/homes:
(1 Corinthians 16:19) “The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.”_
(Colossians 4:15) “Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.”_
“The church in their house” means “church” is the people, not the gathering. The gathering is to strengthen, teach, love, help and encourage one another. The gathering is to equip for the work of the ministry. The real ministry is not in the buildings but rather the real ministry starts after the gatherings.
Big cathedrals and beautiful auditoriums are great, only if they are places where people are brought to God, loved and helped to focus on God and grow in God. The purpose of the various buildings are not to be centered on a manager but rather they are to be centered on the “spiritual growth” of the gathering. Ignorance is not an excuse anymore.
If you are part of a church that meets in a house or a school building or in a structure somewhere, you are also part of the body of Christ, if you are taught to grow in God.
The real church must be located in the heart of the gathering. When Jesus means everything, when the gathering is in This Jesus and This Jesus is in this gathering.
Prayer - Thank you Father for Jesus Christ, being the center of it all, He is before all things and all things consist in Him. He is the light to this world of darkness and The only solution. I will forever preach the Gospel everywhere in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Joseph Prince (June-24-2022) Daily Devotional: Find Restoration in the Church
Those who are planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing, to declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. Psalm 92:13–15
I received this praise report from a couple who attends our Grace Revolution Church in Dallas, Texas. It’s a beautiful example of how we walk in His protection and restoration as we are planted in the house of God.
This couple shared with me how their marriage had gone through a very challenging period, and how the church and the pastoral leadership had helped them through that difficult time.
It took us some time to realize that we needed to focus more on Christ rather than on ourselves and on our problems. What ultimately saved our relationship was focusing vertically on our Lord Jesus and not horizontally on each other.
We were declaring, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus,” which gave us a sense of how much God loves us and wants us blessed. Knowing that we are the righteousness of God through Christ is what healed our broken marriage.
Being able to rest in all that Jesus has done, and being able to hear and meditate on the Word, has been the best thing for us. He truly is the vine and we are the branches. We now know that in every situation and circumstance, Christ is supplying our every need. He is the vine that will keep us supplied and where we need to be.
Knowing that “if it matters to me, it matters to God” was the last piece of the puzzle. We learned that there is no matter too small or too inconsequential to the Lord. Neither is there anything too big for Him to tackle for us.
My friend, can you see how important it is to be planted in a local church? In this couple’s case, being in a church that preached the truth of the gospel and having the wise counsel of leaders who walked the journey with them saved their marriage.
And can you sense their joy in knowing that the Lord Jesus is their vine who supplies their every need, and to whom nothing is too big or too small for them to bring? Read today’s verses from Psalm 92. Bearing fruit in old age speaks of preservation, protection, and long life.
God wants you not only to have long life, but to have quality of life and still be strong, healthy, and fruitful in your old age. And the way to have all of that is to be planted in the house of the Lord.
Beloved, if you are not regularly attending a local church, I want to encourage you to be planted in one. As you do so, may you, your career, your marriage, and your household flourish in every way!
