Watch how Jordan Peterson Explains How To REALLY Set Goals..

Welcome back to Pursuit Of Meaning, today on the channel we are going to talk about Jordan Peterson Explains How to Set Goals Properly + other related news. Do you set goals for yourself? What’s the key to setting effective personal goals? According to Jordan Peterson, you should set your goals based on who you want to become, not who other people are. He argues that, if you compare yourself to other people, you’re using an unfairly harsh standard. With this in mind, here’s how to set personal goals, according to Peterson. Instead of judging yourself by other people’s yardsticks, you need to learn how to set personal goals of your own. You need a total reworking of your goals, starting with understanding yourself as though you were a stranger. There are three steps.

Take a broader view of your existence and of other people. You’ve likely identified a single, arbitrary dimension as THE single most important thing to achieve – like money, fame, or status – and you feel miserable that you don’t have it. But your existence is multidimensional. You have a lot of components to your existence – family, friends, personal projects, hobbies. Judge your success across all the games you play. Your existence is so unique and customized to you, that you can’t easily compare yourself to any other individual. Furthermore, there isn’t a binary condition of “success” vs “failure.” There are many gradations in between. What matters is whether you can get better, not whether you can achieve binary success. Drill deeply into your discontent and understand yourself. The first absolute requirement: you need to genuinely want your life to improve. You can’t fool yourself. If you don’t want this, you won’t be able to improve. Next, you’re likely discontent about not having something (like money, a particular job, an achievement). Drill into your discontent and transform it. What do you want? Why do you feel this way? (Shortform suggestion: Keep asking why until you can’t answer it anymore. Then you’ll hit the foundation of why you feel this way.) As you question yourself, you may realize that there are multiple conflicting desires at play. List them all out, realize the conflict between them, then prioritize them into a list. Watch the whole video to know more on Jordan Peterson Explains How to Set Goals Properly.

Watch Jordan Peterson’s “A Conservative Manifesto” Is NOT Conservative..

Welcome back to Pursuit Of Meaning, today on the channel we are going to talk about Jordan Peterson Releases ‘Conservative Manifesto’ for Those Holding ‘Traditional Values’ + other related news. Canadian intellectual and clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson released what he calls a “conservative manifesto” on Sept. 17, which he says can act as a guideline for those who hold “traditional values.” “It’s called ‘A Conservative Manifesto,'” Peterson said in a YouTube video. “And it’s an attempt to begin the process of outlining a positive vision for the future on the centre-right and classic liberal front.”

Peterson, a professor emeritus at the University of Toronto and author of the bestseller “12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos,” said that he’s worked on the manifesto “intensely and specifically” over the last four months and that its title is meant to insinuate a contradiction to Karl Marx’s “Communist Manifesto.” “This is a conservative manifesto—so, I suppose, one among many—and I don’t imagine it’ll be the last word on that front,” Peterson said. “It’s not designed to be a propaganda tool,” he added. “It’s designed to be an invitation, let’s say.”
Peterson’s manifesto is comprised of a set of values that he calls “foundational principles.” He said the prevailing ideologies and trends that influence the current political climate, such as identity politics, “threatens the trust upon which peace and prosperity necessarily depends” and undermines “the spirit of our sons and daughters.” Peterson not only listed the principles he believes conservatives should follow, but also the pitfalls they should avoid. He said conservatives should not simply “appeal to cynicism and bitterness,” nor hold the belief “that our social and political institutions are fundamentally unreliable, corrupt, and untrustworthy.” Peterson also cautioned against upholding any “moral code noteworthy only for its joylessness, sterility, and tendency to forbid and damn.” Finish this video for the complete details about Jordan Peterson Releases ‘Conservative Manifesto’ for Those Holding ‘Traditional Values’ and other related news.

Watch Why Jordan Peterson Is One Of The Most HATED People Online.

Welcome back to Pursuit of Meaning, today on this channel we are going to talk about “ Why do people hate The Canadian psychology professor and culture warrior Jordan B Peterson could not have hoped for better publicity than his recent encounter with Cathy Newman on Channel 4 News. The more Newman inaccurately paraphrased his beliefs and betrayed her irritation, the better Peterson came across.

The whole performance, which has since been viewed more than 6m times on YouTube and was described by excitable Fox News host Tucker Carlson as “one of the great interviews of all time”, bolstered Peterson’s preferred image as the coolly rational man of science facing down the hysteria of political correctness. Popular sermons online

As the concept suggests, a preacher is one who practices the art of preaching. The word "preaching" is originally associated with the religious sphere of activity. Language researchers note that of all religious texts, this word - like the type of activity itself - is most closely associated with Christianity. Preachers teach Bible truths when speaking to believers or unbelievers.

Most of the Bible's sermons are in the New Testament. The sermon, as we find it in the Book of Acts and the Epistles, is expressive, but at the same time brief. It is built on the fundamental truths of Christianity: the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The preaching of the Church, in whatever form it is delivered - be it an ardent call to repentance for sins and salvation or the gospel story of a relationship with God and people - is by nature Christocentric.

Christian online preaching isn’t just a statement of spiritual truths, but as a sacred act, during which the preacher, in cooperation with the Lord the Holy Spirit, accomplishes the work of salvation for unbelieving listeners and the process of spiritual growth for the saved. Words spoken by a person cannot strengthen faith, but the biblical sermon in the mouths of preachers has a special power that can transform a person's soul. It is on this supernatural power of preaching that the preacher's authority is established.

Despite the fact that the evangelical Church teaches about the priesthood of every born-again Christian, in the work of biblical preaching, special attention is paid to the character and moral character of the preacher. The moral right to proclaim eternal biblical truths, to preach the Gospel from the pulpit or in another setting on behalf of the Church, can not only be those who know these truths, but who have Christian virtues, a character that reflects Christ. We are talking about a person who sincerely loves God and the people to whom he addresses, deeply interested in the eternal and earthly well-being of his listeners. A person with the good name of a Christian, who has a "good testimony" confirmed by time and the Church. Since we are talking about eternal, enduring truths, the writing of which was inspired by the holy God, proclaim them on behalf of the Author, i.e. of God Himself, it is permissible for the one who knows Him personally, has constant communion with Him and obeys Him implicitly. From the point of view of the essence and basis of the message that he proclaims, the preacher is not the author of his message and therefore doesn’t have the right to change the truths being proclaimed. He represents the interests and fulfills the will of the One who authorized him for this with the authority of His glorious name, and, therefore, the preacher is obliged to accurately convey to his audience what was entrusted to him by God. Freely interpreting Scripture and presenting to the audience their own interpretation of eternal biblical truths, posing as God's revelation on behalf of God, is not only a distortion of the truth, but also an ethical violation that entails consequences. However, in the sermon, it is not forbidden to mention personal experience, as well as the experience of other people, examples from various areas of public life to the extent that these examples correspond to the truth and contribute to a more accurate and understandable message of it.

Of course, in the modern world, taking into account the development of communications, a preacher is expected to possess the skills of oratory. This is not a strict requirement, but it is always encouraged, as it is an undeniable advantage and serves the greater benefit and success of the preaching work.

There are many preachers in modern Christianity who have achieved recognized success in the preaching work.
