Christian Motivation - GOD SAYS YOU ARE ENOUGH | Be Who God Created You To Be. Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Not smart enough, not pretty enough, not successful enough. The enemy will do all he can to convince you that you are not enough. But when God made you, He prepared you in advance with everything you would need to do what He called you to do. It is no mistake that you are this person, in this place, at this time.Speakers: Leon Fontaine, Matt Brown, Joel Osteen, Priscilla Shirer.

Daily Devotional (September-17-2022) CHRISTIANITY AND TRUTH
Scripture Reference: Deuteronomy 32:3-4 - "Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he."_
Most Christians around the world are more conversant with lies than truth; they easily flow with lies than to face the truth on how it is. God is the God of all truth.
These are the words of Moses. He described God as a God of truth. This is a very important description. Where you see Christians, you must see truth and justice but now a days most people are battling with the life of truth.
Jesus actually said He is the truth. He boldly declared His identity.
(John 14:6) "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, THE TRUTH, and the life:..."_ He uses a definite arcticle describing that He is not one of the truth but He is the very truth of the world. This points to us that anyone who identifies with Jesus must stand for truth and nothing else.
Satan is described as the father of lies:(John 8:44) "Ye are of your father the devil,... He... abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."_ The description of the devil is very clear in the scriptures. It must not be normal for a Christian to be comfortable with lies.
“Truth” appears in the Bible 235 times.
“True” appears in the Bible 81 times.
Truth is a strong foundation of our faith. We are children of truth because truth is light and light gives the real definition or colour to things. Things are well known in the presence of light. No wonder scripture Jesus said:
(John 9:5) "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world."
(Matthew 5:14) "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid."_ Spend much time to study the Words of Jesus and you will find out that He has no two ways about Himself. He says what He means and He means what He says.
Is the truth welcome in your life? How do you respond to the truth? Do you fight people who tell you the truth about yourself, your family or your work? Scripture says:
(Luke 11:35) "Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness."
The greatest friend you can ever have is someone who is bold enough to tell you the truth as hard as it is.
Are your friends, work colleagues and relatives afraid to be truthful with you? If you are a leader or a pastor, are the people you’re leading lying to you because of how you handle the truth?
The absence of the truth is the absence of God (He is the truth). Do you keep defining or finding fault with how the truth comes or who says it? Do you argue frequently when things are said to you about your behaviour or your work? Please my dear find time to examine yourself. It is better to put a stop to things one day and make a decision of choice.
If you keep doing that, the truth would stop coming to you. It is better to hear the truth in a painful way than to live on lies. A life of lies means Satan is present.
Prayer - Thank you Father for your Word today in my spirit and in my life, I therefore accept truth because I'm a child of Truth. I sanctify myself with truth because your Word is Truth. I'm not a child of the devil therefore I stand and represent Truth everywhere I go in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
Daily Devotional (August-12-2022) CHRISTIANITY IS NOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
2 Peter 1:10-12 The Living Bible - “So, dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. Doing this, you will never stumble or fall away… I plan to keep on reminding you of these things—even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth.”
God is encouraging us to work hard to prove we’re called and chosen by Him. In doing this, we would never stumble and fall away. Hard work, in addition to grace. He is encouraging us so that we do something about our lives.
The Christian life is an active life that is effective when you deliberately initiate things, rather than passively allowing things to happen to you. If you desire a change, it first must start from you.
Peter then mentioned that he planned to keep reminding them of these things, even though they knew them and were standing firmly. This shows that it is very important to understand this truth and to walk in them. Reminders of the same things can be boring to us. We tend to love new, fresh revelations. Fresh revelations are good, but reminders keep us on the right path.
In other words, you are responsible for your state as a Christian. You may not have been resposible at the past but you are responsible for your future. God needs you to be smart. For instance, you read your Bible and pray. Prayer won’t happen to you. Your Bible won’t move to you.
A relaxed approach to Christianity would definitely lead to backsliding. Things depend more on you than on others or on circumstances. If you don’t Initiate there is no change.
Prayer - Thank you Father, for the Word of God in my spirit, which is my light and my guide. I refuse to walk in ignorance or walk in darkness about my responsibility. The Word of God in me is productive everyday in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
